Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define project scopes and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional technical requirements and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and growth.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to ensure solution alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership regarding KPIs and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or federal contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
