Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in executing enterprise-level tech projects
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M while maintaining financial controls
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with executive leadership and external partners
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure iterative delivery and risk mitigation
- Drive process improvements through data-driven performance analysis
- Mentor junior project managers to build organizational capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Proven success managing complex enterprise software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) highly valued
