Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage $1M+ budgets and optimize resource allocation across 10+ concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Mentor junior PMs and champion continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech project management with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Proven experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong background in SaaS/cloud infrastructure deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
