Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-12 members to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications using Jira and Confluence
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and budget forecasting
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project velocity
- Report project status to executive stakeholders with clear KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team management and distributed workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
