Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices and user stories.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful system deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau/Power BI.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
- Experience with requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
