Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for IT initiatives
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Document test cases and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
