Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and new features
- Validate data integrity and recommend quality control measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience documenting requirements in healthcare or retail sectors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Local candidates to Virginia Beach area strongly preferred
