Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps and workflow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze existing business systems and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
