Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements for federal clients
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through testing and user feedback cycles
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a business proxy
- Identify process improvement opportunities using KPI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years business analysis experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (or existing clearance)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
