Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
- Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with the QA team to validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
