Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across departments to align on project goals
- Translate technical requirements into business-friendly documentation and presentations
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Support UAT cycles and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven SQL proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement gathering methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
