Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze operational data and workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and solution alignment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of user stories and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ER diagrams, and process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse teams.
