Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and pain points
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to identify trends
- Document processes using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solution recommendations
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
