Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and specifications.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and system specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses to evaluate current business processes against industry best practices.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements from cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
