Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams (IT, Development) to ensure accurate system documentation and solution design.
- Create compelling data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates to the project manager.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business requirements and implementation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis or data analysis role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
