Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including user stories, process maps (UML, BPMN), and system requirements specifications.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses between current systems and future business needs to determine the scope of projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into plain language.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time, remote, or hybrid capacity.
