Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document clear, concise business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories to visualize current and future state processes.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices and meeting minutes.
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Generate and present reports to leadership highlighting project progress and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
