Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project alignment with strategic goals
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process automation solutions
- Document workflows, requirements, and test plans using industry-standard methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Strong background in requirements gathering and UML modeling
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
