Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and JIRA
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align on project goals and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical feasibility
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation of requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
