Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive business process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Create detailed technical documentation including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on business objectives and validate solution effectiveness
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences and optimal system performance
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technology environments
- Expertise in requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
