- Support the implementation of new systems and processes through testing and validation
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align cross-functional teams
- Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
