Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create comprehensive process maps, user stories, and use cases using industry-standard modeling tools.
- Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis to validate business logic and support system testing phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
