Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Prepare clear documentation including specifications, reports, and dashboards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, internships, or relevant coursework
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
