Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure using Agile methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality
- Facilitate client meetings and present project status to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
