Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and on-time execution
- Develop detailed project plans, track KPIs, and maintain transparent reporting dashboards
- Identify and mitigate risks while optimizing resource allocation and budget management
- Stakeholder communication: Provide executive updates, manage client expectations, and drive decision-making
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget with measurable ROI
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries strongly preferred
