Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level initiatives
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, marketing, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning using Agile methodologies
- Budget management and resource optimization for 10+ member teams
- Performance tracking and reporting via JIRA, Asana, and Power BI
- Vendor coordination and third-party integration oversight
- Mentoring junior PMs and implementing continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with SaaS/tech experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall hybrids
- Proven success managing $500k+ budgets and 12-month roadmaps
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with remote team leadership and global projects
