- Develop detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive-level reporting and status updates
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts or large-scale enterprise projects
- PMP or CSM certification required; Master's degree preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
