Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred
