Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies
- Document requirements, specifications, and workflows through clear, concise deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support system implementations and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
