Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Map current state and future state business processes using flowcharts and diagrams.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
