Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis initiatives, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process optimization areas
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure solution alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong SQL skills and data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
