Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops across departments to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and system documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Validate solution efficacy through rigorous testing protocols and user acceptance criteria
- Present insights to executive leadership using data visualization tools like Tableau
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Proven ability to document complex systems with clear, concise technical writing
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) a major plus
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
