Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level reporting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and PMI standards
- Drive process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
