Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and meetings during weekend hours.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and report key performance indicators to leadership.
- Perform data validation and gap analysis to ensure business needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience working a weekend shift or in a 24/7 operational role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
