Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams during night shift operations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with night operations to prevent downtime and errors.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure continuity of processes and handover of critical information.
- Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and scope management for assigned projects.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings with remote and on-site teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a 24/7 operations or IT environment.
- Proven experience managing night shift or rotating schedules is highly preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy during off-hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
