Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift operations, ensuring timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders across time zones to maintain project continuity and alignment.
- Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficiency, track progress through Jira/Asana, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage project documentation, including risk registers, change logs, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards for all night shift deliverables.
- Mentor team members in project management best practices and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PMP certification required.
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or rotational schedules.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Proven track record of managing cloud migration, DevOps, or SaaS deployment projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience bridging global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation for enterprise-scale projects.
