Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements using SQL, Excel, and JIRA
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Validate data integrity and recommend process improvements
- Support weekend sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and requirement documentation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
