Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shifts
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents with minimal disruption to global operations
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and maintenance procedures
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and process improvements in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for seamless handovers and knowledge sharing
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Support security protocols including access management and threat monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT operations experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure, and network administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in incident management systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and handovers
- Experience with ITIL processes preferred
