Responsibilities
- Execute project lifecycles from sprint planning to post-implementation reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product domains
- Implement JIRA/Asana workflows and optimize Kanban processes
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Financial oversight of $500K+ project budgets and resource allocation
- Risk mitigation through proactive dependency mapping and contingency planning
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Mentor PMI-certified junior staff through weekend cohort sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years PM experience with weekend shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent Agile credentials
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Scrum/LeSS/Kanban)
- Proven success scaling projects from MVP to enterprise-level
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and DevOps toolchains
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field (MBA preferred)
- Nashville startup/tech hub experience required
