Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with documentation artifacts
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with process mapping and requirement gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
