Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify process improvements.
- Work closely with QA and Engineering teams to ensure the accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and mitigate blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct gap analyses to compare current state processes against future state goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
