Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and data models to support business operations.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states to recommend solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to communicate findings to leadership.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions and software upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel Advanced).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
