- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data modeling and reporting tools to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including use cases, user stories, process maps, and system requirement specifications.
- Project Support: Support the project management team in tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related corporate role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective, sustainable solutions.
