Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise software solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize team efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide transparent status reports to executive leadership.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Resource allocation and budget management for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Project Management experience in the IT or software industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
