Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise software projects on aggressive timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize delivery cycles
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite and external vendors
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Proven track record of managing $500k+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
