Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process flows, use cases, and user stories using UML and BPMN standards.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and data validation to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT development and business units to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or IBM Rational DOORS.
