Core Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure solution alignment.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops to drive consensus among diverse groups.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
