Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, vendors, and department stakeholders
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with strict adherence to financial controls
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical dependencies
- Generate executive-level dashboards and progress reports for C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior project managers and establish best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale technology projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle) highly desirable
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
