In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize operations, and deliver high-impact reports to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Present analytical findings to senior management in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Develop and automate reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
