Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using agile methodologies
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Support change management processes and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for project workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
- Certification in PM fundamentals (PMP CAPM or similar) preferred
